I chose the black version of the Modway Valour for my apartment. The black leather looks sharp and matches my decor. Assembly was similar to the brown version—not too difficult. The leather has a slight smell initially but fades. Again, the seat depth is only moderate; it's more of a seating sofa than a lounging one. The black color shows dust and pet hair easily. Overall, it's a stylish, compact leather sectional.
